Google API Disclosure

1. About All Digital Duniya

All Digital Duniya is a full-service digital agency operating from New Delhi, India since 2019. We provide Google Ads management, SEO, web design, web development, mobile-app development and other digital-marketing services for businesses in India and internationally.

As part of these services we operate internal tools and dashboards (the “Software”) that connect to a client’s Google account via Google APIs — with the client’s explicit OAuth consent — so that our team can plan, launch, optimise and report on the client’s marketing campaigns.

2. Google Ads management — what the software does

The Software supports our Google Ads management service. Specifically it enables our team to:

• Review campaign, ad group, ad and keyword performance for the client’s authorised Google Ads accounts.
• Create, edit, pause and optimise campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, audiences and budgets under the agreed scope of work.
• Pull Search Console search-performance data to inform SEO and paid-search strategy.
• Pull Google Analytics aggregated reports to measure marketing performance against business goals.
• Prepare reporting dashboards and scheduled performance reports for the client.

The Software is used internally by our authorised team members and (where the client requests) presents reporting back to the client. It is not a third-party application offered to end users outside the client engagement.

3. Google APIs and scopes used

We use the following Google APIs only where the client has authorised the connection and only for the purposes described in section 2:

• Google Ads API — to read campaign structure and performance metrics, and to create and manage campaigns / ad groups / ads / keywords on behalf of the client. Scope used: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
• Google Search Console API — to read search-performance (queries, impressions, clicks, position) and site-management data for sites the client owns. Scopes used: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly (and, where the client requests site verification or settings changes, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters).
• Google Analytics Data API (GA4) — to read aggregated reporting data from the client’s Google Analytics 4 properties. Scope used: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly.
• Google Sign-In (OpenID Connect) — to authenticate the authorised user signing in to the Software. Scopes used: openid, email, profile.

We request the minimum scopes required for the agreed scope of work and we do not request scopes the client has not authorised.

4. How we use Google user data

Information received from these Google APIs is used only to:

• Provide the user-facing features described in section 2 to the authorising client.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide customer support for those features.
• Comply with applicable law or a binding legal request.

5. What we do not do

• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features to the client, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale with notice to users.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except (a) with the client’s explicit consent, (b) when required for security or to comply with applicable law, or (c) when strictly necessary to provide required customer support — in each case in accordance with the Limited Use policy.

6. Limited Use commitment

All Digital Duniya’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our formal commitment is set out in our Google API Compliance page.

7. Privacy Policy & Terms

8. Revoking access

You can revoke our access to your Google account data at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, we will stop accessing the relevant data and delete any cached copies according to our retention practices.
