By accessing or using alldigitalduniya.com (the “Site”) or engaging All Digital Duniya (“we”, “us”, “our”) for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access at any time without notice.

2. Services & agreements

Specific service engagements (development, design, marketing, etc.) are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work that supplements these Terms. In any conflict, the written proposal prevails.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, code — is owned by All Digital Duniya or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.

4. Client deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence (or transfer, where stated) to use the deliverables for your business. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and code libraries remain our property.

5. Fees & payment

Fees, billing terms and payment milestones are set out in your proposal. Overdue invoices may attract a late fee and pause active work.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

We aim to deliver high-quality work, but the Site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement.

9. Google APIs & Google Ads management services

Where an engagement involves connecting to your Google account — for example to operate Google Ads campaigns, read Search Console or Google Analytics data, or generate marketing reports on your behalf — that engagement is also governed by our Google API Disclosure and Google API Compliance pages, and by the Privacy Policy. We will only request the OAuth scopes needed for the agreed scope of work and we adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version is always posted here. Questions:
