1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information All Digital Duniya (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit alldigitalduniya.com or engage us for our services — including Google Ads management, SEO, web design, web development, mobile-app development and other digital-marketing services — and how we use, share and protect that information.

It also describes how we handle information received from Google APIs on a client’s behalf as part of those services, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Google API Disclosure and Google API Compliance pages for additional detail.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — for example, when you complete the contact form, request a quote, sign a proposal, or email us — including your name, business name, email address, phone number, the project details you share with us, and any documents or access you choose to share to enable our services.

We also collect basic usage data automatically when you visit our website, such as device type, browser, referring URL, pages viewed and approximate location (derived from IP address). Where required by law, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

3. Google API user data & Google Ads management

As part of our Google Ads management and digital-marketing services, clients may authorise us to connect to their Google accounts using Google APIs — for example, the Google Ads API, Google Search Console API, Google Analytics Data API and (with explicit consent) read-only access to shared Google Drive / Sheets reporting files. We only request the specific OAuth scopes needed to perform the agreed scope of work.

The data we receive from these APIs (such as ad-campaign performance metrics, search-query reports, Search Console site data, Analytics aggregated reports and account-structure metadata) is used only for the following purposes:

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features for the client, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale with notice to users. We do not use Google API user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based advertising. We do not allow humans to read this data except (a) with the client’s explicit consent, (b) where required for security or to comply with applicable law, or (c) when necessary for required customer support, in each case as permitted by the Limited Use policy.

You may revoke our access to your Google account data at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. How we use information

5. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer-relationship management and payment processing) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, and only as needed to operate our website and services. Google API user data is shared only as described in section 3 above.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure site usage. You can control cookies via your browser. See our Cookies & Trackers Policy for details.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

8. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out above or to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Google API user data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the agreed service, and is deleted on request or when the engagement ends.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal data, including HTTPS / TLS in transit, role-based access controls, regular access reviews and least-privilege access to client Google accounts. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any material breach as required by law.
