Refund Policy

Our approach to fees, refunds and cancellations.

This Refund Policy explains how All Digital Duniya handles fees, cancellations and refund requests for services purchased from alldigitalduniya.com or via signed proposals.

1. Project deposits

Project deposits cover allocated team time and discovery work. Once work has commenced, deposits are generally non-refundable. If we cannot start the work for reasons solely on our side, the deposit will be refunded in full.

2. Milestone-based work

For projects billed by milestone, fees paid for accepted milestones are non-refundable. Future, unstarted milestones may be cancelled with written notice; in that case unbilled work is not invoiced.

3. Monthly retainers

Monthly retainers (e.g. SEO, marketing, maintenance) renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel, email us at least 15 days before the next renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months once work has begun.

4. Refund process

Where a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less any payment-gateway fees not recoverable by us.

5. Exceptions

If we have materially failed to deliver agreed work and a resolution cannot be reached, we may agree to a partial or full refund at our discretion.
